We are pleased to have been awarded a £900,000 contract by Willow Tree Housing Partnership (WTHP) for an extensive gas boiler upgrade programme that’s set to transform homes across Devon and Cornwall. This significant project will see the installation of modern, energy-efficient Worcester Bosch boilers in up to 400 properties, ensuring a more comfortable, sustainable, and cost-effective living environment for residents over the next five years. The contract also includes an option of a two-year extension.

Willow Tree Housing Partnership, a strategic collaboration between Tamar Housing Society and South Western Housing Society, is committed to providing high-quality, eco-friendly homes for its diverse range of tenants. This boiler upgrade programme is part of WTHP’s broader efforts to reduce carbon emissions, lower household energy costs, and improve overall living conditions for its residents, many of whom live in rural, coastal, and urban areas.

The new Worcester Bosch boilers, renowned for their energy efficiency and environmental benefits, will help to significantly reduce carbon emissions across the homes being upgraded. In addition to the environmental advantages, installations will also help residents cut down on energy bills, creating long-term financial savings for tenants.
