We have just had two of your employees, Ryan and Harry, here on behalf of EDDC Repairs regarding a faulty shower. They have completed the work by replacing the shower and made good the only small area needing this, and cleaned up the area, leaving nothing for us to do. Rated Excellent for top quality Services

We have used Moreheat (MHL) for many, many years for everything from light fittings to complete bathrooms and now a major kitchen replacement, and cannot fault them on anything. They are fast and efficient, friendly and understanding, and their work is absolutely top quality. We have waited for many years to approach the kitchen as it was such a huge piece of work involving major structural changes, RSJs and, being a very old house, finding surprises! The finished kitchen is beautiful, clean and bright, a wonderful room to be in, to cook and eat together. I would and have many times, recommend them to anyone for anything with no doubts at all!!!

  Our hot water stopped working… we phoned Moreheat and they set an engineer out the same day they found the fault very quickly. They found the part they needed at a local supplier and replaced it the next morning.

  We have suffered from a defective shower and plumbing problems for some time now, much of which was due to a bad choice of heating engineer and bathroom supplier.
Moreheat came in last week , did a professional assessment , booked two days to do the work and have done a magnificent job.
They were able to change much of the pipe work which was inefficient to the shower, included a booster pump to increase the pathetic water pressure we are suffering from South West Water . A new shower was fitted with the correct pipework and everything now works perfectly.

  We have used Moreheat for many years and they deserve 10 out of 5.  The quotes are well priced and cover everything and arrive quickly.  They TURN UP when they say they will, something very rare these days.  If there is a problem they tell you.  If a job can be done better a different way they will suggest it.  They use their intuition.  Highly professional.  Communicate well in terms you can understand.  No matter who arrives the service is the same.  Attention to detail, clean and tidy.

So far they have completely renewed our main bathroom (shower, sink, tiled flooring and walls, airing cupboard build, new lighting), replaced two other toilets, tiled, flooring etc, new boiler and heating on the top floor and the list goes on.

I could not be more impressed and would recommend them to anyone with total confidence.  They are going to do my kitchen this year but they don't know that yet!!

  From start to finish, Scott, John and their team provided us with 1st class service. The communication, standards, professionalism of the trades, & project management were fantastic.  We had a complete bathroom renovation and they were tidy, on time, great at problem solving and guided us through the process so we knew what to expect and when.  Available on the end of the phone & text daily which was really appreciated.  They made it hassle free and a pleasure to get the job done despite the obvious upheaval!   Picture this: for the second time in a week, in this virus-inflicted world, water is pouring through the ceiling of the ground floor cloakroom.....through the night. The leak takes out the electricity, Not much sleep for the wicked! Again.

My electrician (local star, Dave Wills) recommends Moreheat. John Cooper calls. Kieran arrives. The cloakroom ceiling is still offering a drenching.

Kieran, mystified but calm, admits that, as leaks go, this is a bizarre and difficult one. He stuck at it, stayed focused, pulled up the floor, spotted the dripping feed pipe in an inaccessible corner, neatly cut open the ceiling below to reach the gushing pinhole, soldered in a replacement piece and tidied up perfectly. Phew!

Thanks guys. We’ll sleep well tonight.
