We are pleased to have been awarded a service and maintenance contract in partnership with the main contractor, Ian Williams, on behalf of East Devon District Council (EDDC). This new contract, which covers the servicing and maintenance of approximately 500 properties across the East Devon region, represents a significant milestone in our commitment to supporting sustainable housing and high-quality living standards for tenants.

The contract, which is structured as a rolling agreement, focuses on maintaining a wide range of systems that contribute to the energy efficiency and sustainability of the council’s homes. Our work will ensure that these systems remain in optimal condition, providing tenants with comfortable and energy-efficient mechanical and electrical installations, and warm homes that combat fuel poverty. The scope of the contract includes annual servicing and timely repairs to ensure minimal disruption for tenants while supporting East Devon District Council’s long-term goals of sustainability and cost efficiency.

With a focus on proactive maintenance, our teams will conduct regular checks on systems such as Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar PV, Rainwater Harvesting, and other energy-efficient technologies including unvented cylinders and PIV (Positive Input Ventilation) systems. These measures will not only help to ensure that the properties operate at peak performance, but also contribute to long-term cost savings and environmental sustainability.
