He really cares about leaving the house with no hot water or heating! He understood that it would be awful to leave my family in the middle of the winter December with boiler. Like he really cared! When does that happen....never! First time over 2/3 hours he was so frustrated with himself he couldn't finish it, he left a heater so we didnt freeze to death. It made a massive difference it heated the whole downstairs. Second night he came back for 2/3 hours he tried so hard bless his heart! Couldn't do it as the boiler needed new parts! Come the third day he came with the new parts and fixed it! Whoop whoop 😇😇😇🥳🥳🥳🤠🤠🤠 my hero! The entire process of fitting a new shower cubicle, tiling and shower was seamless. John carried out a professional assessment and I can't fault Graham and Sam for their hard work and pleasant demeanour. The boss even came round at one point to check all was going to plan. Phone service was professional and everyone turned up on time and worked hard throughout. Even the rubbish vanished without us being aware of them arriving.
